We assist lenders in the recovery of the lent amount through our internal collection team initially, followed by external collection agencies if necessary. This process includes triggering ECS to the borrower's account and engaging with them via calls, emails, IVR calls, WhatsApp messages, SMS, push notifications, and bot calls. Additionally, the borrower’s credit score may be impacted, and the loan will not be marked as open on their credit report.
