Total Lent: The total amount of money you've put into loans across your portfolio. This is the sum of all your lending, whether the loans are still active or have been closed.
Net Total Received: The total amount credited to your bank account, including both the principal (your original investment) and the interest earned, excluding platform fees.
Principal Received: The portion of your original lending amount that borrowers have repaid so far. This doesn't include interest, just the base amount you lent.
Interest Received: The earnings you've made on your lending. This is the interest borrowers have paid you, over and above your principal amount.
Net Earned: Your actual profit after accounting for everything interest earned, defaults, and all fees. This is the clearest measure of how much money you've made (or lost) on your lending.
Annualized Net Return (ANR): Your portfolio's yearly return rate, expressed as a percentage. This factors in all gains, losses, defaults, and fees to show what your effective annual return is.
Think of it as your "interest rate" after real-world adjustments. A 15% ANR means your lending are growing at 15% per year after all costs.
Absolute Return (Abs.): The total percentage return on your lent amount, regardless of time. This shows the cumulative growth (or loss) as a simple percentage.
