NPA (Non-Performing Asset)

Modified on Fri, 8 May at 2:02 PM

NPA refers to the portion of your investment classified as default or bad debt. A loan becomes NPA when a borrower has not made any repayment for 120 days from the last due date. This indicates that the borrower has failed to repay as scheduled, which may impact your returns.
