What does the Active Loan Portfolio section show?

Modified on Mon, 13 Oct at 12:54 PM

This section gives you a snapshot of how your active (ongoing) loans are performing. Here's what each term means:

? Principal Lent

The total amount you’ve currently lent to borrowers in active loans.

✅ Total Received

The total money credited to your bank account so far from these loans — includes both principal + interest.

⏳ Principal Outstanding

This is the remaining principal amount that the borrower still has to repay you.

? Fees Deducted

The charges that were deducted from your repayments, based on the principal amount.

? Principal Received

Out of the total amount received, this is the portion that is your original lent amount.

? Interest Received

The extra earnings you've made — this is the interest portion received from the borrowers.
