What precautions does LenDenClub takes to recover the amount?

We support lenders by initiating recovery through our internal collection team first, and if required, through external recovery agencies. Our recovery efforts include triggering ECS to the borrower’s account and reaching out via calls, emails, IVR calls, WhatsApp messages, SMS, push notifications, and bot calls.


We also report borrower repayment behaviour to the credit bureau on a weekly basis. Any delays, defaults, or NPA status can negatively impact the borrower’s credit score. Additionally, their loan will not be marked as “closed” on the credit report until the dues are cleared.
