Recovery process mein borrower ke account par ECS present karna aur calls, emails, IVR calls, WhatsApp messages, SMS, push notifications aur bot calls ke through follow-ups shamil hain.
Borrower ke repayment behaviour ko weekly basis par credit bureau ko report bhi kiya jata hai. Delay, default ya NPA status borrower ke credit score ko negatively impact kar sakta hai. Jab tak borrower ke dues clear nahi hote, loan credit report mein "Closed" mark nahi hota.
