LenDenClub maintains a proactive recovery process to ensure borrowers stay on track with their repayments. 


Collection efforts include regular reminders and follow-ups before a loan becomes severely overdue. This covers SMS, email, WhatsApp, push notifications, bot calls, manual calls, and routine bureau reporting.


Recovery efforts begin when a borrower continues to miss repayments. These include escalated follow-ups by the recovery team, involvement of external agencies, field visits (where applicable), and continued bureau reporting for delays, defaults, or NPA
